Visitors and a Birthday

So for the past week and a half we have had family staying with us.  This would include Elijah's Uncle Brad, Aunt Amber, and my Goddaughter, Willow.  We are not really used to having house guests so it has been a bit of an adjustment. I also venture back to the workforce on Monday and am rather sad/bittersweet about it.  Audrey will be staying with a great babysitter and it's probably going to be more hard on me than her.  Anywho...Willow and Audrey are only 2.5 months apart.  They have completely different personalities.  One being quiet and the other is loud.  Can you guess which one mine is? Willow is a "vocal" child to say the least.  Audrey is starting to learn how to scream like Willow and I just can't stand love it!  She is also cutting her first top tooth and that may be the cause of her rough like behavior these past few days.  We have enjoyed 1 bath session together.  Not me and the adult company...the children!  We have also learned that they have the same jammies and a love for this stupid mini shopping cart that seems to be more of a hazard than fun.
Bath time.  Notice the bump on Willow's forehead.  It had a date with the table.

Typical Willow.  She's so happy!

My special lady.

Ready for a hit.
During their stay we also went out to dinner for my birthday at a local restaurant, El Pinto.  The patio is gorgeous and the food is yummy!  I chose this place because we also had guests from out of town who were here for the wedding.  I think everyone enjoyed themselves!
I'm not sure why my dad is playing with his ear.  It's probably all the hair.

Oh my gosh I could eat her.

Flantastic.  Not so much.  I dislike flan.

Jeff trying to get Audrey to like him.  It never works.
After we had dinner we went and celebrated the last couple of days of Tamara's singledom with a night out in downtown Albuquerque.  Let me just say that I'm too old to be downtown and half the girls look like they left the strip club after a night of pole dancing.  At least I looked young and not like an old hag trying to be young.  By the way....sorry for half the pictures having red eye.  Apparently that's the new and cool way to take pictures.  You should try it!
